Cancellation Policy

GENERAL  

IT Comp Sales & Services Sdn Bhd is committed to providing exceptional service in a timely manner. Unfortunately, when a customer cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another customer from being served. No shows and late cancellation have an impact on service quality while punishing customers who may show up earlier. For these reasons, IT Comp Sales & Services Sdn Bhd  has implemented a cancellation policy that will be strictly observed.


FULL PAYMENT

Your order is complete when we receive your full payment. Payments can be online, eWallet or by credit card through payment gateway. We do not reserve the stock without payment. An order confirmation email will be sent to you at the time of registration and complete of payment. This email serves as confirmation of your purchased.


CANCELLATION REQUEST

REFUND POLICY

  • Refund requests made more than 7 business days prior to will be subject to an administration fee of 15% percent of the stock order price.
  • Alternatively, you may request that the payment be transferred to a future store credit or package of your choice. 
  • ​​​​​​​No refunds or transfers will be issued on the day of, or after, the 10 days.
  • No refunds or transfers will be issued if an order have been shipped out. Any dissatisfaction with the product, kindly refer our Return & Refund Policy.
